Nice balance of fun and not complicated. You dont have to spend money, unless you want to really speed things up
Fun & easy city builder. Plenty of buildings & several whole islands with different themes (and music!) to unlock. Not really exciting, but engaging anyway. The speed you can upgrade and build is pretty steady, so you can enjoy some progress pretty regularly. Good game overall. Could use some social aspects or disasters or something, but Im still playing a couple times a day and look forward to unlocking my next island!

So far, so good. Havent been playing long but thus far I really enjoy building a city.
Some bad moments
The game is fun and well done but when you buy a certain amount of goods , he is able to sell only gold bars and they are very difficult to achieve, unless you are willing to use their credit card to pay for them . The game features endless advertisements that interrupt the game.
Always try to play city island games and they wont load and just crash on my iPod touch, even though it meets all of the requirements...lame.
should be called crash island. as soon as you get the new island you can not get to it
I will say that I have enjoyed this game immensely, however due to issues with my pad I have had to redo this game twice. I have spent a lot of money in this game twice. Wont do it again. I logged into my game profile and my current status was gone, AGAIN. I will miss playing.
Could be fun until you find out this game is designed to cost you lots of actual $ to build a nice city.
Good: cool concept to build a nice city
Bad: costs a fortune to get anywhere in the game. Wait times are very long after a building or island purchase. Once your island is filled there is nowhere for you to move around buildings unless you destroy and rebuild.
If you are ok spending lots of money on game this is a good choice.
The game is fun to play, but Im sick of the constant pop up adds. Why cant we have an option to pay to remove the adds? It ruins the game experience.
Update. Deleted the game due to the endless adds, and being unable to collect earned
rewards. Quite frustrating.
