Room for improvement

I would enjoy this game much more if your money kept accruing even when you werent in the game. You have to constantly click on the money to collect it. Impossible if you have several islands. Also, each island should be independent money wise and building wise. It takes WAY too long for buildings to upgrade. 20 minutes! Give me a break. I have better things to do than stare at the countdown clock.
